5 lads from Liverpool, and our good friend Martin Smith from Birmingham for the second time this year, were our group for this week. Started off overcast and slightly cooler than of late, with temperatures soaring yet again at the beginning of the week, but not before a few good catches. The threat of a storm on Wednesday did not produce a lot of rain overnight, and the humidity continued. We finally got the rain we wanted all Friday night, but not soon enough to benefit our guys, unfortunately. Having said that, it was not a bad week for production, catching 15 carp totalling 596 lb's, with an average weight of 40lb, and 2 lost. Martin, usually extremely good for a few huge lumps out of here, unfortunately only managed a 38lb this time. Good effort lads. 52lb - Karl Warneke - 47lb 8oz - Karl Warneke, 46lb - Yak Warneke, 46lb - Justin Dodson, 45lb 15oz - TJ Hide, 42lb - Justin - Dodson, 41lb - Karl Warneke, Also - 38lb x 3, 35lb, 34lb, 33lb, 32lb - And - 27lb 10oz.

The second half of the Season started last week, with the return of our very regular group of 6 anglers from Liverpool. After the hottest June and July for decades, the water remained at an extremely warm temperature, and there was no sign of any feeding, so we thought that there may be a very low production. We think that the carp have also been through another spawn during the time we have been closed, so they really deserved the rest to recover. Much to our delight, cloud formed, rain began in fits and starts, and with a lot more overnight, it generally cooled things down. The aerators helped considerably in these conditions, so it was a good job that these were purchased just in case of such extremes, because a lot of lakes are now suffering some serious consequences I'm afraid. Carp started feeding, and catches picked up during the course of the week, with unusually, more being caught in the day time. Overall - a really good week considering the odds. Well done you guys - as usual, you really enjoyed yourselves. 21 Carp caught totalling 813lb's, with an average weight of 39lb .- 55lb - Simon Wells - 52lb 8oz - Simon Wells - 48lb - Simon Wells, 46lb 11oz - Alan Smith, 46lb 4oz - Daz Constable, 45lb - Daz Constable, 44lb 8oz - Daz Constable, 44lb - Wayne Hogg, 44lb - Daz Constable, 44lb - Simon Wells, 43lb - Simon Wells - Also - 37lb 4oz, 37lb, 32lb 4oz, 31lb 12oz - And - 29lb 12oz, 28lb, 27lb 8oz, 26lb x 2, 25lb 8oz.

4 anglers from Solihull and 2 from Staffordshire at the lake this week. The first day started cooler and overcast, but temperatures rose abruptly seeing it go to 42 degrees. Some smaller carp caught, them having more energy than the larger ones, and the aerator problems gave Baz a bit of a headache, which he did not need in this weather. We thought the blistering temperatures were going to cool down on Thursday, but it was not to be - every day was like a sauna whenever you moved about, and it was inevitable that it was not going to be a very productive week. Well done guys for determination and effort. We are closing shop from next week for our mid Season break - looks like the carp need a good rest and recovery session. 9 Carp caught and it could have been better if 8 had not been lost....- 42lb - Darren Wright....- Also - 38lb 8oz Common, 30lb, 31lb....- And - 28lb x 2, 27lb, 24lb + 1 x 19lb.

Only three anglers on the lake this week - two from North Yorkshire, and Steve from Cheshire, on his second trip this year. He will be also be coming back for a third time in October. Such a hard week, the worst of the Season so far. Although loads of activity and fizzing all over the lake, with the continuing extremely high temperatures and pressure, some of the larger carp are looking to be doing what they do to procreate, and we think they are going into spawn mode again. At the moment, the carp know what is good for them for breeding, because they seem to be feeding on the abundant quantity of bloodworm and other naturals that inhabit the lake when the water is so warm. This is probably just the right time to give them their usual mid-Season break during July, so that they can rest and recuperate from this second spawn. Resting them proved extremely beneficial last year, because the catch rate was phenomenal during the second half of the Season. Good to see our new guy Chris catch one of the 50's though. 6 anglers next week for the last week before the mid Season break, and temperatures are set to be extreme - time for the aerators to go into action I think. Can you believe at the end of April the catch was 46 Carp - 42 more than this week. Only 4 Carp caught totalling 156 lb's, with an average weight of 39 lb. Two lost. 56lb 2oz - Chris Trotter - Also - 37lb, 34lb 8oz - And - 28lb 7oz.

Ryan, Phil and Pops from Stoke stayed at the lake another week, and were joined by 3 anglers from Essex. Started cool and overcast with some rain, but by Wednesday, was sweltering again. Matey put in an appearance for the first time in several weeks at 78lb 8oz, and although the lake record again, if he had come out before the spawn, we are sure he would have topped 80lb - still waiting for that to happen, probably later in the year now. Pops continued to do well with the most 50's, but it was still a hard week - slow and intermittent, with dozens of carp showing around the baited up areas, but they just wouldn't take it. Still a good haul of large lumps which can't be sneezed at. Well done. 15 Carp caught totalling 636 lb's, with another superb average weight of 43lb. 2 lost. 1 was a 19lb 8oz, probably an original or spawn survivor .---- 78lb 8oz - Paul Thurgood - 57lb 4oz - Pops Spendelow - 54lb 4oz - Pops Spendelow - 49lb - Phil Spendelow, 48lb - Paul Thurgood, 47lb 12oz - Pops Spendelow, 45lb 4oz - Phil Spendelow - Also - 38lb 8oz, 38lb x 2, 37lb, 32lb 4oz - And - 28lb 8oz, 23lb 12oz, 19lb 8oz.

It was a hard start again for our 4 anglers from Stoke and 2 from Hampshire. With the weather still boiling hot, the carp were recovering from their spawn of the past 2 weeks. Lots of rain was predicted, but never materialized - just a few heavy downpours and a couple of cloudy days, but mainly it was sunny with a lovely cool breeze. Catches started to pick up later in the week, although it was still hard for some, and unfortunately one of our new guys, on his first trip to France, failed to catch anything this time. So sorry - I hate to see this, but inevitably it does happen sometimes - fish are unpredicatable and a law unto themselves as to where they want to go. The carp seemed to be well on the munch by the end of the week, showing in the better catch rate, and producing the majority of big lumps yet again. Phil, Pops and Ryan are staying over for another week, so their haul looks like it will be amazing. 27 Carp totalling 1,152 lb's, and with another terrific average weight of 43lb. 61lb 4oz - Pops Spendelow ..- 59lb 13oz - Ryan Beech - 58lb - Pops Spendelow - 56lb - Eric Chan-Pensley - 55lb - Phil Spendelow - 54lb 8oz - Stuart Hobkirk - 52lb - Pops Spendelow - 51lb - Pops Spendelow - 49lb - Phil Spendelow, 48b - Pops Spendelow, 47lb 6oz - Pops Spendelow, 44lb - Stuart Hobkirk, 42lb Common - Stuart Hobkirk, 40lb - Phil Spendelow, 40lb - Stuart Hobkirk - Also - 39lb, 38lb 4oz x 2, 35lb 8oz x 2, 33lb, 32lb, 30lb - And - 29lb, 28lb 8oz x 2, 27lb 8oz.

There should have been 6 anglers on the lake this week, but unfortunately due to illness, 2 could not make it, so there were only 4. Martin Smith stayed another week, alongside 1 of our regulars from Nottinghamshire, and 2 from Essex. The carp were still well into spawn mode, with lots of activity in the margins during the day, and the only catches were either at night or early morning when it cooled down. The week started cloudy, with some rain, then the temperatures gradually increased, and we registered a sweltering 40 degrees at the lake on Wednesday and Thursday. The guys tried hard to stay in the shade, but are peeling a bit despite their efforts. Had some great laughs on barbecue night. The large carp being caught still outweighed the smaller catches, with Martin achieving his PB this week. He has been coming since we opened, and always loves to fish the Quarry or Dam swims. Although still hard for some, not a bad week overall in catch size. 15 Carp caught totalling 643 lb's, with a tremendous average weight of 43lb. It has been a struggle this week for our 5 guys from Birmingham and Middlesex. A far cry from the past few weeks of huge hauls, with the weather overcast to start, and then carrying on very hot, spawning was very much in progress showing in the low catch rate this week. You pick your date and you take your chance, and if the Carp are spawning, there is not much you can do about it, but cheer up, have a lovely relaxing time and get a sun tan if you can - that's fishing, and no weeks are guaranteed with every year different. All the guys though exceeded their PB's, and had a great time, so not all bad. 11 Carp totalling 447 lb's with another good average weight of 41lb ..- 50lb 8oz - Martin evans - 49lb Martin smith, 48lb Paul Dando, 47lb - Martin smith, 46lb - Martin Smith, 44lb 12oz - Justin Kiff .- Also - 36lb, 33lb, 32lb 4oz, 31lb 8oz - And - 29lb.

Another huge lump productive week for our 6 anglers from the West Midlands. They used to be regular visitors to the lake, but have had a break in recent years starting families etc, but now they are back with a vengeance, and have already booked for 2016 and 2017 to make sure they get their spot - very wise. Most surpassed their PB's several times because the carp have grown substantially since their last visit. Slow to start yet again, with mixed weather of hot days turning to cold nights, and extremely warm in the sun, but bitter in the shade with an icy wind. Hailstones showered from the heavens mid week, and after that the 50's appeared in abundance, much to everyone's delight. Signs of spawning apparent on some of the larger carp, and with the weather set to get even warmer next week, they could get well under way very soon. Nick (Minty) Beasley and Brian rolls vied for top dog, but Nick just topped with his overall weight by 10lb's, both had 3 x 50's each. Great bunch of guys - well done. 21 carp totalling 883 lb's, and a continuing average over 40 of 42 lb .- 59lb 8oz - Craig McEvoy - 59lb 8oz - Nick Beasley - 56lb 12oz - Nick Beasley - 56lb 8oz - Brian Rolls - 55lb 10oz - Brian Rolls - 54lb 12oz - Sam Beasley - 51lb 12oz - Nick Beasley - 51lb 8oz - Brian Rolls - 50lb 4oz Common - Craig McEvoy - 50lb - Sam Beasley - 49lb - Brian Rolls, 49lb - Craig McEvoy, 48lb 9oz - Sam Beasley - Also - 38lb 7oz, 36lb, 35lb, 33lb - And - 29lb, 27lb, 26lb 4oz, 25lb.

6 anglers on the lake with us this week - 4 regular guys from from Cheshire, London, and Corydon, Surrey and 2 new anglers from Surbiton, Surrey. Well - we knew it could not go on producing the way it has the past couple of weeks - it had to slow down, and it certainly did this week. Our anglers arrived on Saturday to boiling hot temperatures of around 35 degrees and high pressure, which persisted until Thursday. One 41lb caught overnight on the Saturday and no more sign until Tuesday - a 41lb and two smaller, then intermittent catches until the 50's showed themselves much later in the week when it cooled down some, but not enough to make a huge difference, and we did have an angler who blanked. Luckily, he is one of our most regular visitors, and has had amazing catches in the past, so he realizes that this was just not his week. Possibly the carp are getting ready to spawn, but we will see because temperatures set to be cooler next week. Well done guys for persistence and tolerance. 17 Carp caught totalling 638lb's, with the lowest average weight this Season of 38lb ..- 59lb - David Elliott .- 58lb - Andrew Elliott .- 48lb - David Elliott, 43lb - Andrew Elliott, 41lb - David Elliott, 41lb - Julian Davison, 40lb - David Elliott, 40lb - David Elliott - Also - 39lb Common, 37lb, 33lb - And - 28lb 12oz, 28lb 8oz, 26lb x 2 (1 Common), 25lb 8oz, 24lb.

6 anglers visited us this week - 2 of our regular guys from Barrow in Furness, and 4 new anglers from Bedfordshire. We had thought after last week's utterly uncontestable week, that it could not possibly perform anywhere near that, but although the carp came in fits and starts, much slower again with really unsettled weather and some very cold nights, again I am pleased to report that 50's and 40's were in abundance, with 3 anglers landing two 50's each and 2 landing 1 each. Some swims struggled more than others, but they all got there in the end. Stuart Dickman landed the biggest haul with 17 carp, and Billy Wood's 11 carp were the best weights in total. With so many 50's being caught at the moment, and a lot of carp in the upper 40's bracket, there will be many more appearing if it carries on like this - and the total amount of 50's this year will be phenomenal. A great week - well done. 44 Carp caught totalling 1,734lb's, with an average weight of 40lb, and 6 lost .- 58lb - Steve Dickman - 58lb - Billy Woods - 54lb 4oz - Stuart Dickman - 54lb - Steve Dickman - 51lb - Rik Harris - 51lb Common- Wayne Gilbert - 51lb -Stuart Dickman - 50lb 8oz - Billy Woods - 49lb - Stuart Dickman, 49lb - Billy Woods, 48lb 9oz - Wayne Hull, 48lb 8oz - Wayne Gilbert, 48lb - Billy Woods, 48lb - Wayne Gilbert, 46lb - Billy Woods, 46lb - Stuart Dickman, 45lb 12oz - Wayne Gilbert, 45lb 10oz - Wayne Hull, 43lb 8oz - Billy Woods, 43lb - Stuart Dickman, 43lb - Billy Woods, 42lb 8oz - Rik Harris, 42lb - Billy Woods, 42lb - Stuart Dickman, 40lb 6oz - Wayne Hull - Also - 39lb, 34lb, 33lb 8oz, 33lb 4oz, 33lb, 30lb 8oz x 2, 30lb - And - 29lb 8oz, 28lb, 27lb, 25lb 8oz, 24lb 8oz, 23lb 12oz, 23lb x 3, 22lb 8oz, 22lb.

This week went from amazing to sensational, and is set to be our best week ever. 5 guys from Norfolk, Warwickshire and Cornwall have had a week that will be forever remembered, with a combination of a massive haul of huge lumps and some of the stockies. Instead of starting off slow as in previous weeks, it started with 6 x 50's in 24 hours (some new). Even though a little colder, the water temperature was still warm with the carp getting well into the margins. Everyone's first catch was a 50 or more coming out from all swims occupied, and we are so pleased that a couple of guys who both celebrated their 50th Birthday this year, and hoped to land a 50 did so - they were not disappointed, so it has made their year. Absolutely gutted for young Andy Burton who caught Matey at 75lb (lost a little through already being caught), got ready in the water for his magnificent photo, but Matey got away before one could be taken - his pb was only previously 36lb, and this would have been one for his wall. Pete Higman had the most fantastic week, with 2 60's, and 4 of the 50's, with Martin Quayle close behind with 1 x 60 and 4 x 50's. Two of the 60's were new ones, and so were a few of the 50's. Growth rate has been phenomenal. Later in the week, the rain started, and it went on and on, switching catches off slightly, but stockies still making an appearance and 2 more 50's on the last night. Shirley Smith came with her husband as a non angler, but decided to fish for a day. Only had her rods out 20 minutes and caught another lovely 50lb 8oz. Some very smiling faces left the lake, and we are all ecstatic for them. 46 Carp caught totalling 2,010 lb's, with again another mind blowing average weight of 44lb .- 75lb - Andy Burton - 61lb 4oz - Pete Higman - 61lb - Martin Quayle - 60lb - Pete Higman - 59lb - Pete Higman - 58lb - Martin Quayle - 57lb 4oz - Martin Quayle - 56lb 6oz - Tony Cooper - 56lb - Pete Higman - 53lb 8oz - Pete Higman - 53lb - Martin Quayle - 52lb - Tony Cooper - 51lb 8oz - Martin Quayle - 50lb 13oz - Tony Cooper - 50lb 8oz - Shirley Smith - 50lb - Tony Smith - 50lb Common - Pete Higman - 49lb - Tony Smith, 47lb - Pete Higman, 46lb - Martin Quayle, 45lb Common - Andy Burton, 44lb 8oz - Martin Quayle, 44lb - Martin Quayle, 42lb - Tony smith, 41lb Common - Tony Smith, 40lb 8oz - Martin Quayle - Also - 39lb 12oz, 39lb 1oz, 38lb 4oz, 38lb, 36lb 8oz, 35lbx 2, 34lb x 3, 33lb 8oz, 32lb 8oz, 31lb, 30lb - And - 29lb, 28lb 8oz, 28lb, 27lb 8oz, 27lb, 25lb.

5 anglers at the lake this week from Liverpool and Surrey. For the third week running running, it has been a very slow start, although Mark Allen landed his first 50 lb'er as soon as he put his rods out last Saturday. Again, weather was hot to start but things improved fantastically once it had cooled down some. Everyone had a great week with a 40 or 50 lb'er. The pretty one came out again after gracing the bank twice the previous week, and has already put on 3lb, taking it to 41lb. This is going to look amazing at 50 and 60. So pleased for Mark because he has struggled a bit over the years he has been visiting us, but he always knew what were in there, and his patience has paid off big time, as on the morning of his departure, he also landed a new 60lb'er making his week complete. It turned into a brilliant week altogether with 23 Carp caught totalling 957 lb's, and another fantastic average of 42lb. 6 of our regular guys on he lake for the second weekof the season, and very slow again to start. Whereas it was freezing cold until Wednesday of last week, it went to the other extreme of being a blazing hot 35 degrees until Wednesday, when it cooled slightly, so most carp were caught after this. An expected thunderstorm did not materialise, which would have brought the carp on, and weather reports were changing from day to day. It has been the warmest April for quite a few years. A lovely double take on Thursday early morning by Dave Morley with his 48lb and 55lb. Still some amazing big lumps out, and a few of the stockies showing this week. 17 Carp caught with 2 lost totalling 713 lb's - 3 x 50's, 7 x 40's, 5 x 30's and 2 x 20's (28lb and 27lb), and another fabulous average weight of 42lb. 55lb - Dave Morley - 54lb - Paul Liveras - 53lb 5oz - Paul Liveras - 49lb 7oz - Lee Hallberg, 48lb 10oz - Jason Carey, 48lb - Dave Morley, 43lb 10oz - Dan Keen, 43lb - Paul Liveras, 43lb Jason Carey, 40lb 7oz - John Trushell - With - 38lb 4oz, 38lb 4oz Common, 38lb, 33lb, 32lb 7oz And - 28lb, 27lb.

Only 4 anglers from Surrey, Hampshire and Wiltshire to start our Season off due to a couple of late cancellations. Started off very, very slow, with strong icy winds - bitter in the shade, and freezing frost overnight. The water temperature was still extremely cold, but there was a lot of fizzing and crashing about. A 46lb 12oz was first out on Sunday morning, but then nothing until it slowly started warming up on Tuesday, and then by Wednesday at 25 degrees, it all started happening with intermittent huge catches for the rest of the week, although nothing at night still being so cold. Colin and Baz did a couple of nights each, although poor old Baz blanked, as did one of our anglers unfortunately. He had a blinding week in the same swim, at the same time last year, so just goes to show how, with very different weather, everything turns around in fishing. Matey put in his first appearance, having lost a few 1b's over the winter, but we hope he will top 80 in a few months' time. He came along just as it was time to pack up this morning, 1 rod went off, and as soon as we looked in the net, we knew it was Matey at 76lb 4oz. Whilst Phil was playing Matey, his other rod went off, and so this was a double take with another 50lb'er - a great finish for him. Nothing out under 41lb, so none of the stockies making an appearance yet. 13 big lumps caught totalling 656 lb's with the most amazing average ever of 50.46lb...- 76lb 4oz - Phil Middleton....- 56lb 8oz - Lee Beavan.....- 53lb 12oz - Kevin Marden....- 50lb 4oz - Phil Middleton....- 49lb 14oz - Lee Beavan, 49lb - Phil Middleton, 47lb Colin Nash, 47lb - Phil Middleton, 46lb 12oz - Kevin Marden, 46lb 8oz - Kevin Marden, 46lb 4oz - Kevin Marden, 45lb 8oz - Kevin Marden, 41lb - Lee Beavan. END OF SEASON REPORT 2014...What a phenomenal year it has been, with an amazing amount of 50's gracing our banks, much to the delight of so many of our anglers. With the mild weather and feeding well, a lot of these will be going into the 60's in no time. The Season started with really warm weather, hitting 80 degrees, and carrying on for the next couple of weeks. It still remained cold and frosty at nights so the water stayed at a relatively good temperature for feeding. Fishing became harder during May, and we thought the carp were in spawn mode early with the temperatures being so warm, but then the weather turned colder. With intermittent sunshine, rain, storms and wind, they were switching on and off, and did not finally manage it until June. They were exhausted, and as we closed during July for our own break, the carp had a chance to rest and recover, feeding on all the natural abundance of bloodworm that the lake produces at this time of year. Resting them must have worked, because they were well on the munch during the second half of the Season, with top catches from every swim. Again 50's kept on coming. Work has carried on into the Winter with 4 new large platforms being erected on the Med, Riviera, Bay and Point swims. Also the usual unending cutting back and general tidying up of the grounds - it is looking fantastic, even in Winter. We have also carried out a great new facelift to the wc, shower and washroom areas. The very last week of our Season and joined by 4 anglers from Sheffield, Lincolnshire and Essex. A much slower week with catches switching off in the Dam and Quarry, unlike last week - and moving to the Med, where our guy there had himself 7 - 40's, including a Common. There is something fantastic that the Quarry did produce before they moved though - early in the week, Matey weighed in at an amazing 78lb. Colin weighed him 3 times to be sure, and he was spot on. Think you may be fishing for an 80lb' er next year guys. Weather was colder and the guys said they were really cold overnight, so the water temperature is starting to have it's effect. I think we can safely say that we have ended on a high note. See you all next year guys - will keep you posted of all the new improvements to the lake. 21 Carp caught weighing 826 lb's, and an average weight of 39lb - I am afraid that the guy with the 7 - 40's does not want his name or photograph published, which is a shame as they are great photos, but fair enough if that is what he wants. 78lb (Lake Record) - Steve Hancock ..- 44lb 8oz - John Trushell, 44lb - Richard Swinburn, 40lb - Richard Swinburn - 48lb, 47lb 10oz, 46lb 8oz, 45lb 2oz, 42lb 2oz, 41lb 5oz, 40lb Common - (Name withheld as requested). We were visited by 4 guys from Staffordshire and 2 from London this week. A slower week than of late, especially The Point, Riviera and Med swims. A fantastic production from the Quarry and Dam swims this week though, with the temperature slightly cooler around 15/18 degrees, the Carp moved into slightly deeper depths of water. Chilly and damp with overnight dew, and a lot of rain on Thursday. Some great lumps still coming out, and the amount of 50's again this week is sensational. Well done again lads. 29 Carp caught totaling 1,107 lb's and an average weight of 38lb .- 55lb 4oz - John Walley - 53lb 3oz - John Walley - 52lb 5oz - Simon Clark - 50lb 10oz - Ian Goodwin - 49lb 10oz - John Walley, 48lb 13oz - Dave Goodwin, 47lb 8oz - Ian Goodwin, 46lb 10oz - Ian Goodwin, 44lb 8oz - John Walley, 44lb 5oz - Simon Clark, 43lb 7oz - Ian Goodwin, 42lb 15oz - John Walley, 42lb 8oz - Ian Goodwin, 41lb - Matt Wilshaw, 40lb 4oz - John Walley - Also - 39lb, 38lb 13oz, 37lb 12oz, 36lb 10oz x 2, 36lb 3oz x 2, 35lb 13oz, 33lb 8oz, 31lb 4oz, 30lb 11oz, 30lb 10oz - And - 28lb, 25lb.

We can not believe the amount of carp coming out at this time of year, but they are really on the munch due to the exceptionally mild weather. The week started with lovely sunshine, but became pretty dire mid week for our 6 guys from Bristol and Staffordshire. They had to put up with really heavy rain for a couple of days and nights, but they did not seem to mind the weather, because the catches were so brilliant. A 70, 50 and 5 x 40's appeared from the Dam this week, with only the Point swim not producing a 50lb'er. Spot on you guys - well done, a great haul. The most ever caught in one week, these guys hooked 47 carp weighing 1,816 lb's, with a fantastic average weight of 39 lb .- 70lb - Roy Brough .- 59lb 11oz - Charlie Sandy - 57lb - John Ford - 52lb 4oz - Martin Quayle - 51lb 15oz - Rick James - 50lb 1oz - Roy Brough .- 48lb 12oz - Martin Quayle, 47lb 10oz - Rick James, 46lb 13oz - John ford, 46lb 6oz - John Ford, 45lb 15oz - Martin Quayle, 44lb 13oz - Roy Brough, 44lb 9oz - Martin Quayle, 43lb 6oz - Roy Brough, 43lb 6oz - Martin Quayle, 43lb 6oz - John Ford, 43lb 4oz - Roy Brough, 42lb 13oz Common - Roy Brough, 41lb 13oz - Rick James, 41lb 2oz - Roy Brough - Also - 39lb 12oz, 39lb 8oz, 39lb 6oz, 38lb 2oz, 37lb 13oz, 37lb 4oz, 36lb 10oz, 36lb 2oz, 35lb 11oz, 35lb 10oz, 35lb 5oz, 35lb, 33lb 11oz, 33lb 2oz, 31lb 12oz, 31lb 5oz, 30lb 5oz - And - 29lb 1oz, 26lb 11oz, 25lb 11oz, 24lb 15oz, 24lb 7oz, 23lb 14oz, 23lb, 22lb 14oz, 22lb 5oz, 22lb 3oz.

A mixed bunch of 6 of our regular guys on the lake this week. 2 from Cumbria, Twins from Peterborough, 1 from Nottinghamshire and 1 from Cheshire. A slightly harder week, with the Med and Riviera doing most of the business. 50's seem to be in abundance at the moment, with 3 being caught by Paul Skipton, and his brother Pete landing most of the 40's. Also another 50 caught off the Dam. A great catch - well done guys. We have had some amazing weeks since the second half of our Season, and this week was no exception for our 5 lads from Wiltshire. A great haul, with the usually productive Point completely switching off, and the other swims almost neck and neck in production. Some fantastic lumps yet again, although the carp have lost a little weight with less eating at this time of year, but you wouldn't think so. An amazing amount of 40's. Temperatures have been lovely, with no rain and a promised thunderstorm passing over with only a few sounds of the thunder and nothing else. Absolutely mint. Well done lads. 3 Anglers at the lake this week from Nottinghamshire and Middlesex. It should have been 5 anglers, but the other 2 could not make it. Shame for them, because what a week it was for those three. Richard Bird and Ron Chillery fought to be top man for the week, but Ron overtook with an amazing 23 carp to Richard's 11. It could have been one of our best weeks if there had been two more fishing. 6 of our regular guys from Manchester on the lake for the first week of the second half of our Season, and what an amazing week for them, it just went mad - the fish just did not stop coming out. It just shows how everything changes on the lake from week to week, and this week must have been just right. Plenty of everything, sun, wind, rain and hazy days obviously provided the mostexcellent conditions for catching, along with their long rest during July. Everyone caught a 40, but Alan Smith stole the show with his outstanding catches including Matey at 72lb 7oz on the last night, with Daz Constey not far behind. 2 new anglers from Cheshire and 2 regulars from Norfolk on the lake for the last week of the first half of our Season. Should have been another regular, but poor health prevented him from one of his two visits this year. Cooler weather was not to be as the week continued very hot with the temperatures reaching 38 degrees, and most of the carp recovering from their spawn, but still some spawning near the fence. Not much feeding going on, although lots of activity noted. We think the larger carp are doing what comes naturally to them in the wild, and feeding on the lake's abundance of bloodworm and other naturals. So, again, a very slow week with 11 Carp in all totaling 392 lb's, and an average weight of 36lb. Lakes in the area reporting much the same happening. Lower averages at the moment with more of the stockies putting in an appearance. 3 anglers from Clacton fishing the lake this week. A very hot and humid week, but a couple of colder nights noted. Thunderstorms again later in the week. Extremely slow feeding with some carp still spawning. Some have already spawned the last couple of weeks, notably Afghan who has lost weight down from 60lb 8oz caught 6th June to 53lb this week. Alarms going off but just nibbling, they need to go on the munch now to gain their lost weights, and we are hoping for some cooler weather. Our guys from Nottinghamshire, Oxon and Stoke on Trent made another return to the lake this week. It continued to be slow with most of the carp definitely spawning and agitated, so photographs difficult with a 46lb'er getting away as it was being picked up, and a 38lb 9oz common had to be photographed on the mat as it was so restless. It was a boiling hot week, with the lake temperature obviously reaching it's peak to allow the already preparing carp to spawn, and even a thunderstorm later on did not cool it down. 20 carp caught totaling 752 lb's, and with around 8 lost, could have been quite a few more. We had 4 guys from Nottinghamshire and 2 from Essex on the lake this week. Started sunny, then a few days of dismal rain, getting extremely hot by Friday. We think some of the carp have spawned and others are likely to next week if the hot weather continues. A lot of activity in the margins with lots of fish showing. All of the largest carp coming out at night or early morning. Hopefully, they are now on the munch. Again, some brilliant weights, they are really packing it on. Our guys were from Norfolk this week including Colin's twin brother Tony, along with Nick Bridgeman who stayed another week. Again, very intermittent catches, with the dreadful weather not subsiding till later in the week. Some big Commons coming out over the last few weeks though, this week Nick with a 45lb, and the Lake Record Common caught by Tich at 50lb 2oz - well chuffed, this was on the Friday night when someone always seems to get a good one. 4 P B's this week. Fishing is extremely hard at the moment, it just happens that this is the time when all the elements seem to be against us - a week or so in the future will see a dramatic change, it always does. We just can-not predict when this is going to happen, the Carp will do what they want, when they want. It was good to see Colin and Tony celebrate their birthday together at the Friday night Barbecue - not happened for a very long time, so Cheers to them, and many more. 20 Carp caught totalling 777 lb's, with an average weight of 39lb....- 56lb 9oz - Will George...- 52lb 2oz Common - Tich Lakey...- 54lb - Tony Nash...- 45lb - Tich Lakey, 45lb Common - Nick Bridgeman, 43lb 12oz - Will George, 43lb 2oz - Tony Nash, 42lb 10oz - Richard Thompson...- Also - 38lb 4oz, 38lb 1oz, 37lb, 36lb 3oz, 36lb, 34lb, 33lb 10oz, 33lb, 31lb...- And - 29lb 8oz, 27lb, 21lb 3oz.

The slowest week since the beginning of the Season for our guys from Hampshire, Norfolk and Liverpool. They really struggled, but reported that there is still no sign of spawning except for a couple of hyper fish. The first couple of days were very hot, with only a few out at night. Pressure was very low, and thunderstorms later on gave some respite with the carp slowly making an appearance intermittantly. High winds and rain most of the week and turning really cold later on. So a mixture of changeable weather a contributing factor. Some great lumps came out again despite everything, but only 15 carp caught this week weighing 620 lb's, but with again, a fantastic average weight of 41lb.....- 53lb 12oz - Martin Smith....- 53lb - Nick Bridgemen....- 53lb - Martin Smith....- 44lb 8oz - Martin Smith, 44lb 6oz - Stuart Hobkirk, 44lb - Martin Smith, 43lb 5oz - Ged Hargreaves, 42lb - Nick Bridgeman, 41lb - Ged Hargreaves.....- Also - 37lb 8oz, 37lb, 35lb 3oz, 34lb....- And - 29lb 8oz, 28lb.

We had three groups of 2 of our very regular anglers visiting this week, one group from Liverpool, one group from London, and one group from Essex. Another slow, steady week, carrying on from the last. The otherwise fantastically productive Bay swim switched off completely, and the carp went for the Dam and Quarry mostly, and then the Med swims, showing just how much they move around from week to week. That was until the last day, after Richard Lee who unfortunately had blanked in the Bay all week, was just winding his rods in ready to leave for the airport, when he had the amazing achievement of catching Matey, who has put on even more weight than when he was caught three week's ago at 72lb 10oz, - now weighing in at 73lb 15oz, just off the 74lb mark. He was ecstatic, so pleased for him. Well done Richard. Lots of carp showing, but still no sign of any spawn. Weather set to stay warmer for a bit now, so spawning maybe imminent. Weather was miserable to start the week, brightening up mid-week, but strong winds at the end of the week. Not a huge amount of fish, but fantastic weights yet again. 20 Carp totaling 842 lb's, with a fantastic average of weight of 42lb....- 73lb 15oz - Richard Lee....- 55lb 11oz - Mark Lewis...- 51lb 4oz - Ben Pittock...- 50lb 1oz - Ben Pittock...- 46lb 3oz - Ben Pittock, 46lb - Steve McCarthy, 45lb 13oz - Steve McCarthy, 43lb 7oz - Peter Lee, 42lb 5oz Common - Ben Pittock, 42lb Common - Mark Lewis, 40lb - Ben Pittock, 40lb - Steve McCarthy...- Also - 38lb 10oz, 37lb, 36lb 13oz, 33lb 12oz, 33lb...- And - 29lb 13oz, 28lb 14oz, 27lb 12oz.

5 of our longstanding anglers, and one newbie - 3 from Surrey and 3 from Lancashire, graced our lake again this week. One loyal angler never missing a year since 2006, one since 2009, and three having their 4th consecutive year with us. All of them have had remarkable catches over the years, but still hoping for that extra big one. What a hard, slow week it was for them. None of the usual signs of spawning, other than they are not eating much, so probably our carp are getting in the mode. They always seem to be a bit later on our lake than most, probably the size of water. It picked up a bit though the last two days. Weather was changeable all week. Again, some fantastic sized lumps coming out. 18 Carp caught totaling 661lb's, and 4 lost, with an average weight of 37lb....- 64lb 1oz - Khi Gregory ......- 53lb - Pete Southworth..- 51lb 11oz - Neil Green..- 45lb 10oz - Khi Gregory, 43lb 6oz - Chris Walmsley, 41lb - Neil Green, 40lb - Neil Green...- Also - 36lb 9oz, 34lb, 32lb 7oz, 30lb x 2...- And - 29lb, 28lb 6oz, 27lb 8oz, 27lb 5oz, 24lb, 22lb 5oz.

6 anglers joined us this week from Cumbria, Hampshire and Staffordshire. Three newbies, and three who have been before. Rain, rain and more rain all week - cold and miserable most days and nights. Steady catches all week, but not as often as two previous weeks - although amazing sized lumps coming out, with brilliant weight gains noted. The guys stayed happy and focused. The carp really switched off for the last couple of days. Spawning is apparently occurring on some lakes in the Limousin, but not noticed yet on ours, unless they are just getting ready. 32 Carp totalling 1,206 lb's and 11 lost, with an average weight again of 38lb....- 66lb 1oz - Rik Harris...- 55lb 7oz - Simon Flint... 53lb - Simon flint... 53lb - Steve Casey... 50lb 3oz - Steve Casey...- 46lb 2oz - Rik Harris, 44lb 2oz - Steve Casey, 43lb 13oz - Simon Flint, 43lb 2oz Common - Ian Burton, 43lb - Simon Flint, 43lb - Rik Harris, 42lb 10oz - Steve Casey, 42lb 3oz - Ian Burton, 42lb 1oz - Simon Flint, 40lb 4oz - Simon Flint...- Also - 38lb 11oz, 37lb 6oz, 36lb 11oz, 36lb, 35lb, 34lb 6oz, 32lb 4oz, 30lb 2oz...- And - 28lb, 27lb 2oz, 25lb 5oz, 25lb 1oz, 25lb, 22lb 6oz, 21lb 14oz, 21lb 13oz, 21lb.

We welcomed 5 anglers - one group but from various locations this week. It was another absolutely brilliant week for them with Matey putting in his first appearance of the Season at a cracking 72lb 10oz, coming off the fence in the Bay on bottom bait. Everyone did very well at the beginning of the week, but it slowed down on Thursday, but did not take long to pick up again with the record Common at 48lb, coming in off the Point in open water, and again on bottom bait. The guys are really impressed with the quality of the new stock fish, some with beautiful scale patterns, and in superb condition. A lot of the larger carp are still coming out during the middle of the day, and the wafter hook baits seem to be doing really well. A combination of weather this week, being very windy, some rain and also lovely sunshine. 41 Carp caught totaling 1,565 lb's with 4 lost, and an average weight of just over 38lb....- 72lb 10oz - Ian Robinson....- 53lb 10oz - Dean Beale...- 50lb 15oz - Dean Beale...- 49lb 14oz - Richard Cheatham, 49lb 12oz - Richard Cheatham, 48lb Common - Ian Robinson, 47lb 12oz - Dean Beale, 47lb 4oz - Ian Robinson, 46lb 14oz - Adriano Torlii, 44lb 8oz - Ian Robinson, 44lb 7oz - Dean Beale, 44lb 1oz - Ian Robinson, 43lb 5oz - Dean Beale, 41lb 9oz - Dean Beale, 41lb 1oz - Dean Beale....- Also - 39lb 10oz x 2, 39lb 7oz, 39lb, 36lb 14oz, 36lb 12oz, 36lb 5oz, 36lb, 35lb 10oz, 35lb 4oz, 34lb 12oz x 2, 34lb 10oz, 34lb 8oz, 33lb 5oz x 2, 32lb 12oz, 32lb 1oz, 31lb 6oz, 31lb, 30lb 12oz, 30lb 8oz....- And - 27lb 10oz, 26lb 2oz, 25lb 4oz, 24lb 15oz.

Our regular guy Phil from Milton Keynes, and 4 new anglers - 2 from London and 2 from Somerset, holidayed at the lake this week. What an amazing 2nd week of the Season for them with a great haul 49 carp and fishing well from all swims. Seeing a good few Commons coming out now with excellent growth rate - a beautiful one at 46lb 12oz (Lake Record Common up to now) for Dan Keen using Snowman, and he also caught the largest Mirror at 52lb 12oz using Wafters. As it was so hot during the day, we had thought this would switch the carp off, but as usual, you can never define what they will do on any day. Probably still being cold and frosty at night kept the water temperature at an idyllic level for the Carp to continue their feeding. 49 Carp totaling 1,843 lb's and 6 lost, with an average weight of 38lb.....- 52lb 12oz - Dan Keen.... 51lb 7oz - Rob Marshall.... 51lb - Jason Carey....- 48lb 4oz - Jason Carey, 47lb 1oz - Phil Jordan, 46lb 14oz - Phil Jordan, 46lb 12oz Common - Dan Keen, 46lb 10oz - Phil Jordan, 46lb 7oz - Phil Jordan, 46lb 4oz - Jason Carey, 46lb 2oz - Jason Carey, 45lb 12oz - Dan Keen, 44lb 4oz - Jason Carey, 44lb 4oz - Don Kelly, 43lb 10oz Common - Jason Carey, 42lb 11oz - Jason Carey, 42lb 5oz - Jason Carey, 42lb 4oz - Dan Keen, 42lb - Dan Keen, 41lb 14oz - Dan Keen, 41lb 11oz - Jason Carey, 40lb 11oz - Dan Keen, 40lb 3oz - Dan Keen...- Also - 39lb 4oz, 38lb, 37lb 10oz, 37lb 4oz, 37lb 3oz, 37lb Common, 36lb 8oz, 36lb 7oz, 36lb 4oz, 35lb 12oz, 35lb 4oz, 35lb x 2, 34lb 5oz, 34lb 1oz, 33lb 10oz, 33lb 9oz, 31lb....- And - 29lb, 26lb 11oz, 26lb 2oz, 24lb 12oz, 24lb 10oz, 24lb, 23lb 8oz Common....- plus 19lb 10oz.

4 Anglers from Surrey started the Season with a great catch of 31 Carp. They had already caught 5 and lost 1 before Dinner on the first day - the largest being a new 50 at 50lb 15oz. Then overnight, another 3 caught. The new Carp introduced into the main lake in early March have been settling in and feeding well. Most netted this week have been the new ones, which have never before been caught, so seem to be grabbing the bait first - they will soon settle down. Some stunning 30's, especially the beautifully scaled mirror at 33lb 1oz - this is going to be one to watch - an amazing fish. Weather started off lovely and bright and sunny, clouding over on Sunday, then back to really warm on Monday. Steady intermittent catching until Thursday, when they turned off as the temperature hit 80 odd degrees. Then Saturday morning just as the guys were packing up, another 40 and 30 appeared. 31 carp caught totaling 1082 lb's, and 5 lost, with a good average weight of 35lb....- 55lb 14oz by Alistair Small....- 50lb 15oz by Alistair Small....- 44lb by Kevin Marden, 43lb 2oz by Owen Small, 42lb 5oz by Owen small, 42lb 5oz by Alistair Small.....- Also - 38lb 12oz, 38lb 5oz, 36lb 2oz, 35lb 10oz, 35lb 8oz, 35lb 3oz x 2, 35lb, 34lb 10oz, 34lb 8oz, 34lb 6oz, 34lb, 33lb 1oz, 32lb 9oz Common, 31lb 10oz, 30lb 6oz, 30lb 4oz....- And - 29lb 10oz, 29lb 5oz, 29lb 2oz, 28lb 10oz, 27lb 10oz, 26lb 14oz, 24lb 3oz, 22lb 12oz Common.

END OF SEASON REPORT 2013. - Another great year, although a little down on total catches, remembering that we are now closing during July to rest the carp. The Season started quite warm, but still freezing at night and good weights being caught. The weather kept changing dramatically over the next couple of months going from 40 - 30 degrees, then back to 14 in 2 days, and made the carp start to go into spawn mode, so minimal feeding going on and more on the naturals. This up and down weather continued well into May with catches also going up and down. It was not until well into June that the blisteringly hot heat started, and the carp then went into cooler water and managed to go into their spawn after lots of stops and starts. The weather did take its toll on the carp's spawning, feeding and weight loss, and they did not start to feed well and gain the weight again for some time...... The best weeks for amount caught were 14th - 11th May - 38 carp caught, 11th - 18th May - 34 carp caught, 14th - 21st September - 40 carp caught, and 28th September - 5th October - 32 carp caught...... Top Fishermen were Peter Higman and Phil Spendelow....- Best weight was Phil Booth - 68lb 3oz.....- Best Common was Martin Smith - 46lb 6oz.....- Plenty of work has been going on since the end of the Season, with 2 more new double cabins being erected on the Bay swims, and new steps and paths outside. Also lots of cutting back and chain sawing of trees - opening it up and giving a new dimension to the view of the lake from the Lodge. The Winter has been so mild up to yet, with the sun bringing the carp to the surface and really enjoying the temperature of the water. This has meant that Baz has been able to start feeding them early, and thus with any luck you will see a marked rise in their weights in 2014. Plenty of rain though put paid to working outside (which Baz loves), so I managed to get a bit of work out of him at our house . At the end of Aprilm we are taking delivery of two new aerators for the main lake. Although we do not appear to have a problem with oxygenation, there are a few lakes that have lost a large number of their fish due to the very hot weather last year. We have decided to introduce these in the event of any extreme weather in the future. Good luck to all our Anglers for the New Season 2014.

A fantastically brilliant week for all the guys though, with the weather conditions staying absolutely perfect. Our very regular guys this week were Ron Chillery, Barry Henson, Dave Tizzard and Trev Lovell from Nottinghamshire, and Pete Higman from Cornwall staying two weeks. He had a cracking week, and hopes it continues into next week. Fishing picked up a bit from the previous few weeks due to the absolutely perfect conditions of being overcast with rain, and the odd bit of sunshine, with temperatures going down from being weeks and weeks of 30 degrees to much more agreeable 19/20. Two sets of twins on the lake this week. Colin's twin Tony with his mate from Norfolk, and Peter and Paul Skipworth from Peterborough, also Phil Booth from Wiltshire. Hard yet again with blazing sunshine most of the week until Friday when rain cooled it down slightly - typical just in time for the barbecue. Fishing has been so strange of late, and we are not the only lake to find this is happening. Constant heat is maybe turning the carp onto more of the abundant naturals in the lake - no-one knows exactly, but predicted cooler weather will hopefully get them going big time again. Matey graced the bank again after a few weeks absence at 68lb, and a fair few lost again. 3 takes at once seemed good, but so much going on at once saw a big one around 50lb, can not believe it was lost as it was being taken out of the net, and another around 40lb lost at the net. Paul played another one for around 50 minutes which he said felt huge - kept pulling away then coming in again, but after all that time, hook pulled and lost again. Overall, not a bad week, even though a few more 20's out than usual as Colin has been introducing some into the main lake from the stock pond of late, so we expect a lower average because these guys will be going on the munch for the boilies, as they have only fed on pellet and natural food so far. 23 Carp caught totaling 788 lb's, still with a good average weight of 35lb...- 68lb 3oz by Phil Booth...- 43lb 12oz by Pete Skipworth, 44lb 2oz by Phil Booth, 43lb by Phil Booth, 41lb 2oz by Paul Skipworth...- Also - 39lb 12oz, 39lb 9oz, 39lb, 35lb 15oz, 35lb, 34lb, 31lb 12oz, 31lb...- And - 29lb 12oz, 27lb 12oz, 27lb, 26lb 7oz, 26lb x 3, 25lb 8oz, 25lb, 22lb.

A smudge cooler this week, and quite a bit colder overnight, but our guys from Essex and Surrey again started the week very slowly, the carp just were not having any of it. Loads showing though which is a good sign. Denis lost 4 over on the Med and decided to move into the Bay on Tuesday where he struck gold with the first 40 of the week. Wednesday saw him lose what he said was a massive one right at the net, larger than the 50 he caught last year and then another one lost on Thursday. He then bagged another 40, whilst Brian netted the 50 overnight, but again lost 3. Although struggling, the carp look like they are now on the munch again, but temperature is set to go right up again by this weekend. Could have been a great week for 3 anglers if so many had not been lost. 11 Carp totaling 427 lb's, with an average weight of 39lb. 9 Carp lost. 51lb 5oz by Brian Francis...- 49lb by Denis Friend, 43lb 12oz by Denis Friend, 42lb 13oz by Brian Francis...- Also - 38lb 8oz, 38lb, 36lb 12oz, 36lb, 32lb 4oz, 32lb...- And - 26lb 4oz.

What an absolutely dire week's fishing for our 3 guys from Essex. After cooling down slightly towards the end of last week, continued hot weather did not do it any favours at all, reaching yet again 39 degrees, although the temperature did go down overnight when most were caught, but not enough to cool the water down. 5 Carp caught totaling 179 lb's with an average weight of 36lb...- 43lb 7oz by Paul Page, 40lb by Clive Cook....- Also - 34lb 3oz, 33lb 4oz...- And - 27lb 15oz.

The second half of our Season started really slowly for our boys from Manchester. Blisteringly hot weather for a month now has left the already weak spawned out carp very lethargic, with oxygen levels much lower because of the heat, they seemed more intent on sunbathing than eating, other than a few takes during the night when slightly cooler. Some good large lumps came out very intermittently up until Wednesday, but fishing picked up big time for Dan Scanlon, as on Wednesday night after thunderstorms and going down around 10 degrees, he netted 3 consecutive carp, beating his PB all 3 times. So glad that his first trip to France produced these for him - he is over the moon. The week ended on a high note with Will Macdonald netting Matey at 47lb 14oz, after saying that was the one he wanted to catch - strange coincidence - well done. Hoping it keeps cool now for the carp to really get on the much again and regain their weights. Thursday was the first time in ages we have seen them crashing about, so hopefully a good week for our next guys. Since spawning, weights have gone down about 3-4lb, so the late 40's would have been 50's, and will be in the next few weeks . 19 Carp caught totaling 760lb's, with an average weight of 40lb. 59lb by Dan Scanlon .- 49lb 1oz by Darren Constable, 48lb 5oz by Dan Scanlon, 47lb 14oz by Will MacDonald, 47lb 10oz by Darren Constable, 47lb 8oz by Alan Smith, 42lb 10oz by Darren Constable, 42lb 2oz by Simon Wells, 41lb 8oz by Alan Smith, 40lb 7oz by Simon Wells, 40lb by Simon Wells - Also - 38lb 12oz, 38lb 5oz, 37lb 10oz, 35lb 3oz - And - 28lb, 27lb 13oz, 25lb 9oz Common, 22lb 10oz.

The long awaited Summer and such varied temperatures have taken their toll on the Carp wanting to spawn. Last week, they were actually spawning, but even though two guys blanked, there were still some good lumps coming out. This week, for our guys from Derbyshire and London, it was horribly evident that the fish were recovering from their overdue spawn, and hardly fed at all. Action on the Dam happened late in the week with the 50lber, so James was finally happy hammering his PB by around 25lb. Unfortunately, 3 of our anglers blanked, but they so loved the place and know that catching is not always guaranteed, especially at spawning time. They know the fish that are in here, and will be back to fight another day. Only 4 Carp caught totaling 144.8 lb's, with an average weight of 36.2 lb. Could have been a bit better as 5 were lost.....- 51lb 8oz by James Brownbill...- 41lb by Andre Shah...- Also - 27lb, 25lb.....- This has happened at the right time, because we are closing during July to have a few week's off. There will be some more work being done, friends and family over with a bit of a holiday, and it will definitely do the carp good to have a rest until we start again on August 3rd. It is going to be blazing hot here over the next few weeks and not before time, so the carp will go into deeper water to keep cool. They should be well and truly refreshed, and on the munch again, to give the next guys some great catches. Reports will continue then. Happy Holidays everyone.

More of our regular anglers joined us this week from Essex. Another grotty week weatherwise, with fishing much slower than last week. Spawning has finally commenced, with plenty of thrashing about well into the night. The poor Carp are very late this year, and we have had a few weeks of will they, won't they, with the weather so changeable. Consequently this week, only 18 carp totalling 710 lb's, but again another great average of 40lb, along with a new 60 coming out, which is a real bonus. Again, still some great weights caught though - a tough week lads but well done. Weather is finally tipped to get hotter from now on - about time....- 60lb 5oz by Alan Bakewell.....- 47lb 10oz by Tony Flain, 45lb 4oz by Tony Flain, 43lb 10oz by Tony Flain, 43lb 6oz by Tony Flain, 42lb 1oz by Tony Flain, 41lb 10oz by Paul Debnam, 41lb by Rob Newnes......- Also - 39lb 4oz, 38lb 15oz Common, 38lb 15oz, 38lb 14oz, 38lb, 36lb 7oz, 34lb 12oz, 34lb 4oz....- And - 24lb 7oz, 20lb 11oz
