Availability And Travel

Please fill in the contact form to let us know what week or time of year you are interested in and we will let you know the nearest available date (if your requested date is not available).

Flying - We only pick up from Limoges airport. The main flights are with Ryanair from East Midlands and Stansted airports. There are also flights available from other regional airports but some of these are not scheduled on Saturdays, or are only scheduled in the summer months.

Driving – Our address is Lac Les Pins, La Petite Jaurie, 87500 Ladignac Le Long. There are numerous routes dependant on which port you are travelling from (Calais approx 7 hrs 45 mins, Caen approx 6 hrs, Le Havre approx 6 hrs 30 mins). You can plan your route by clicking on the map on our Contact page.

If driving, please contact us to plan your arrival time before booking your Eurotunnel/ferry crossing.

Bookings

The price is £650 per angler, £275 for non-anglers.

Please see our Packages page for details of everything that is included in the price.

Flights, ferries or Eurotunnel are not included. 

 

The deposit is £200 per angler. 

Non-anglers are not required to pay a deposit.

Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

The balance payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday. 

If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

 

If you cancel your booking the following cancellation fees will apply:-

6 weeks or more before your travel date - deposit only.

Less than 6 weeks before your travel date - the full cost of the holiday is lost.

Our bank details can be found on the booking form that we send to you.

Equipment

We provide 3 rods per angler, 1 hybrid spod marker rod, rod pod, nets, mats, weigh slings, scales, waders, bait scoop, marker rods, throwing stick and boilie air dry bag.

Use of your own nets, mats and weigh slings are not permitted.

Reels, alarms and spod reel can be hired upon request.

There is a single bed with mattress and sheet, bivvy chair, bivvy table, solar powered light and charging points for small electrical items (UK and European plugs). There is also a gas burner with free gas outside the cabins (some are shared).

Fishing

We have a maximum of 6 anglers per week. These can be individuals, pairs or full groups.

No, only our bait can be used. The bait we have selected is through years of trialling and sourcing baits with the correct nutritional balance for the welfare of our stock.

Yes, you can bring any of your preferred flavours.

Nuts are not allowed. 

Keep it simple - Helicopter, Ronnie, German or simple hair rigs all work well.

Size 6/4 hooks are recommended – Barbless hooks only.

Generally 3 to 3½ oz leads. If you're in a swim next to the dam wall (pegs 4 or 5), 4oz leads.
